Automotive Receptionist / Service Writer
Smittys is looking for a Automotive Receptionist Service Writer.
In this position you will be responsible for greeting potential customers taking calls responding to emails ordering parts writing estimates and performing other frontdesk tasks.
Must be efficient in a shop environment organized and detail oriented.
Exemplary customer service skills are a must Continuously keep the customer updated on repair needs and completion times Serve as the primary point of contact for all automotive service and repair matters Understand customers problems and arrange for appropriate service Set and manage the expectations of the service delivery for both the customers and mechanics High School diploma or equivalent Valid drivers license All applicants must be able to pass a preemployment background check and drug screening.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
