Must be willing to help with Transportation, and drive Residents in our Community Bus! Must be willing and available to come in outside of business hours if ever needed.

Responsibilities:
Performing and supervising the day-to-day repairs and general maintenance, improvement and preventative maintenance of the building, equipment, and lawn and grounds.
Arrange for and manage repairs by outside maintenance and construction services according to procedures.
May perform and/or supervise floor care.
Must be responsive to after hour and weekend calls (24/7) Must have an understanding of, comply with, and promote all rules and regulations regarding residents' rights.
Must promote positive relationships with residents, visitors, and regulators, to include presenting a professional appearance.
Experience:
Must have a minimum of 2 years' experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, carpentry, repairs, or equivalent technical knowledge or licensing.
Must have the ability to read, write, and follow oral and written directions at a level necessary to accomplish job requirements.
Must have a strong working knowledge of Life Safety code regulations applicable to the health care industry.
Must be familiar with state and local building code regulations.
Must be able to relate positively and favorably to residents and families and to work cooperatively with other associates.
